SECTION 01

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the gosense.ai website and any free tools or documentation we publish on it. By using the site you accept them.

Use of the Sense SDKs and APIs in production is governed by the signed agreement between your organisation and SENSE ENTERPRISE SECURITY PRIVATE LIMITED, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

SECTION 02

Permitted use

You may read, quote and share what we publish here with attribution. You may integrate our SDKs and APIs in accordance with the documentation and your agreement with us.

01No reverse engineeringDo not decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source of our SDKs beyond what applicable law permits.
02No resaleDo not resell, sublicense or expose the service to third parties without a written agreement covering it.
03No circumventionDo not use the service to test, defeat or disguise fraud controls, yours or anyone else's.
04No unlawful useDo not use the service in breach of any applicable law, including data-protection and financial-sector regulation.
SECTION 03

Accounts and credentials

API credentials identify your organisation. You are responsible for keeping them secret, for activity carried out with them, and for telling us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

SECTION 04

Intellectual property

The Sense name, logo, SDKs, documentation and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership. You keep everything you own, including your app, your data and your customers' data.

SECTION 05

Data and privacy

Where we process personal data through the SDK, we do so as your processor and on your instructions. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how it is handled; the data-processing terms in your agreement set the legal obligations between us.

SECTION 06

Free tools, trials and beta features

Anything we offer free of charge, in trial or marked beta is provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn, and carries no service commitment. Do not rely on it as your only control in production.

SECTION 07

Service availability

We aim to keep the website and service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access on this page. Availability commitments, if any, live in your agreement and its service-level terms.

SECTION 08

Third-party links

This site links to documentation, our demo environment, our blog and external sources. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

SECTION 09

No warranty on website content

Material on this site is published for information. Figures drawn from third-party research are attributed and are not our own findings. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and no page should be read as a guarantee that a particular control will prevent a particular loss.

SECTION 010

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from the service itself is limited as set out in your signed agreement.

SECTION 011

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

SECTION 012

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revision on this page with a new date. For questions, write to legal@gosense.ai.
